Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Privacy > Data Export and request a complete file. We'll email you a copy within 14 days. It includes your profile, email, phone, game history summary and payment records, minus sensitive internal flags.

We keep active game sessions and deposits for 7 years for regulatory compliance in Indonesia. Withdrawal records are stored indefinitely. You can view your last 12 months of transactions anytime in your Wallet > History tab.

Deleting your account closes login access immediately. Personal data like name, email and phone are removed within 90 days. Transaction records and fraud-detection logs are kept for 7 years where local law requires it.
